I expect limited knowledge from start up and fledgling entrepreneurs when we have our first consult.

I’m consistently amused by “seasoned” business owners with great logos and pretty websites who aren’t able to communicate much of anything about their brands past their product availability and pricing … and unfortunately don’t care much to.

How do you sell something you can’t explain? How does one get brand loyalty for an empty brand?

Your biggest investment should be in yourself.
